Our 12 month packages are tailored to fit your business budget and give you the piece of mind that our technical support is on hand and just two to four hours of work each month can make a big impact.

Level 1 - 2 hours per calendar month - Contact Cave for current tariff....
Phone and email technical support – ideally aimed at the smaller ‘brochure’ sites which would not typically see regular user updates or feature e-commerce functionality.

Level 2 - 4 hours per calendar month* - Contact Cave for current tariff....
Phone and email technical support – ideally aimed at mid range sites typically running Content Management Systems where regular user updates are carried out and e-commerce functionality is used.

Level 3 - 6 hours per calendar month* - Contact Cave for current tariff....
Phone and email technical support – ideally aimed at mid to large range sites typically running Content Management Systems where regular user updates are carried out and those sites running e-commerce and shopping functionality.

*Monthly package hours are calculated per calendar month, based upon a 12month agreement and cannot be transferred or rolled over. Hours can be allocated against additional development of site functionality within a single calendar month.
